An extensive fit out to accommodate two GP practices totaling 20 GP’s with pharmacy and space suitable for delivery of Pbc services and private medical services.

The practices were located in a 1970’s health centre in Basingstoke and needed to relocate due to lack of space and age of the building. A number of suitable sites were found but for various reasons did not proceed. The new site identified was part of the a large mixed use residential and retail development, located next to the main railway and the bus stations and has access to over 3000 public parking spaces in the adjoining shopping centre. One of the units at ground and first floor was initially developed as a retail shell, which has subsequently been fit out as a medical centre, following a successful planning application to change the use.
